At D&S Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home equipment; if your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned appliances must be in original condition and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the serial number of the appliance to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare the Appliance

    Ensure the unit is clean, disconnected from all utility lines, and securely packed in its original crate or box to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule a Pickup

    For large appliances, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your location; for smaller countertop items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the unit for functional integrity and cosmetic condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
